HMV wouldn't be the store it is without its staff and their work.

Return was an issue
Though the product was good, the albums took nearly a week to arrive.
One of the albums was already owned by the person I bought it for, so I took it to my local HMV store and ended up paying an extra £2 to swap it for another album in the 3 for £66 deal. This was because the albums had a £2 difference in individual price, so even though they were part of a deal, the person serving couldn't process it as a like-for-like (as stated in your website).
It was only £2, but it is an annoyance that things can't be followed as they should.
