Good experience in the Leeds store. I made an error on an online purchase and they let me exchange for the correct item with no issues. Very much appreciated as it was a gift, and also my error

Would have given zero, item was over a week late and was refused refund in the store I ordered from.
Never using HMV again.

Good experience
Helpful and friendly staff...was buying vinyl for my grandaughter and it bought back a lot of memories ..everything still very well sorted so easy to find what we were looking for even though we had never heard of the artist. I had ordered online for pickup in a store and easy to track my order .Wont hesitate to do again
