I went to purchase BTS
I went to purchase BTS - 'ARIRANG' Rooted in Music (HMV Exclusive) album.
I specifically asked the staff if I was purchasing the HMV Exclusive version and she replied "yes"
I come home and open the album to see that it wasn't the HMV Exclusive and I now have a duplicate album.
A non satisfactory experience.

The Staff are so Helpful Knowledgeable
The Staff are so Helpful Knowledgeable. Polite , they go out of their way to help.If A dvd /cd is in stock , but I couldn't find .They will always look and find them and bring them to me.Particularly Helpful are Rich, Lee, Sal, Nigel.Pav , Catt and Jacia ( not sure if ive spelt her name correctly) Sarah has been very Helpful also.Cant fault the staff at all.Well done all of You!
