I always have great experiences in the Lincoln store but it would help me write a more meaningful review if you reminded what item(s) I bought during the visit you want me to write a review for!
I have now received a reply from HMV. All it seems to be is a lazy automated one which made no mention whatsoever of my sensible suggestion of reminding customers of what they have purchased to generate the request for a review. I still hold to my opinion that the staff and service in the Lincoln store is excellent but my review is now not just about the excellent experiences in the Lincoln store but about the way that HMV responded to my review. The Lincoln store deserves five stars; the HMV response deserves one and that is generous so the overall review is now 3 stars.

The staff are always very polite
The staff are always very polite, friendly and helpful me and my wife are in there at least twice a week and it's always a good environment we probably do there heads in but they always cheer us up in a way we love checking the collectors editions blu rays section to see what's new in or what we've missed on previous visits it's just a pleasure going into the store which has such great people working for it because not everywhere is like that.

Pink Floyd cd
Great service quick delivery wasn’t sure if it would arrive in time for Christmas but it did the cd I ordered I couldn’t get any where else without pre ordering it so was pleased when these had it in will definitely buy from them again
