Great service. Ordered a pre-order cd and it arrived on time. Collected from store which was simple and the staff were very helpful. Very pleased.

Great service all pre orders come on time and always let you know when on way or if going to be a later date easy to order and any problems always on hand

They found Ringo Starr’s All Star Band
I had to ask a member of staff for a specific item as I couldn’t locate this in the store. At first I think I confused the shop assistant at first but she was very professional and found what I was looking for and pre ordered this for me very quickly.

It was a pre ordered dvd awaiting…
It was a pre ordered dvd awaiting release. It was actually released sooner than advised and HMV notified me and sent it out straight away. I was kept informed of the delivery every step of the way. I have used them before and I will again in the future.

Great service from Max
Max who served me when ordering and on collection, was very helpful and worked to locate the band on the in-store computer as they are somewhat obscure. All professionally done 👍

I had a great experience with HMV…
I had a great experience with HMV Maidstone. The staff were polite, helpful, and made the process of ordering and collecting an item super easy. They asked for ID when I collected my order, which made me feel like my purchase was secure. The team is knowledgeable and efficient, and the store itself has a good selection. A little update on how items are arranged wouldn't hurt, but overall, fantastic service. Keep it up!
