Easy to pick up c&c item . Colleague who helped me (Jay) remembered me from a previous transaction; and I am fairly nondescript...Good price for my CD, and unlike some other retailers, c&c was foc.

package came quickly and mostly intact…
package came quickly and mostly intact apart from some pretty large cracks up the spine of the cd fortunately the actual disk was not damaged.

I enquired about a vinyl that wasn't in store, they were very helpful looking it up and letting me know I could order it and have it delivered to my home. I have had to ask a few times about different things when I have visited and they are always so helpful

Friendly, efficient service
I had preordered a dvd and decided to collect in store, I was kept in the loop about the order such as release date and when it had been dispatched. When I went to collect my order the member of staff that served me was polite, friendly, and efficient and had no issues at all with my order.

Very helpful and friendly assistance. Ordered 2 items instore and both were available for collection the next day. Excellent customer service. Long may HMV remain a presence on the High Street.
