Top class service
Efficient staff from ordering for delivery into the store. Phone call received that item had arrived. Staff ensured that I was the person who had ordered item.

It's nice to be able to click and…
It's nice to be able to click and collect orders. Not everyone is in for deliveries that get dumped all over, or left on doorstep.
Also the members of staff so nice and polite.

The film is for my husband he's watched it on Netflix but then it got took off so I bought him the dvd.

Delivery was very late
Delivery was very late. Box of item was creased and crushed. First pre order I've done and wasn't very good

The staff were amazing
The staff were amazing, so helpful and always had a smile on her face. She helped me find what I was looking for and when it wasn't in stock she ordered for me , I paid a couple of pounds for delivery and received it within two days. Over the moon with the service.

Good communication, prompt delivery. As advertised, no issues. I struggled to find the l.p. I ordered as it had sold out on the artist and record labels web sites, so delighted to see it available at hmv!
