Great service
Never ordered online but I frequently go to HMV shops and am always really happy with my purchases. Staff are always great in my local store and very helpful. They have a great range of CDs and vinyl as well.

I was able to get hold of a cd and…
I was able to get hold of a cd and music from my childhood which I remembered and HMV got it for me when I'm down I try going back to my childhood. to what made me happy. And that cd does it for me especially when that tune plays in your head for years and never leaves you so thank you and all the other orders I've done with you thank you once again.

I collected a new Hawkwind vinyl from…
I collected a new Hawkwind vinyl from the shop in Milton Keynes. One of the records had a shocking amount of cosmetic damage. I took it back to the shop. I told them I was visiting Reading later that day and they informed me that Readinj had one in stock and gave me a phone number. I rang the number and reserved a copy. The Reading store was equally helpful. An exchange of vinyl was done. I'm a happy customer.

Really easy to order and pay for click and collect. Easy and convenient to pick up. Much more choice online than in store.
