A great feeling of homeliness
one of the staff members izzy was really helpful when I first entered the store, giving me a smile and making me feel at home in the store, its very hard to find things but she made it very easy to find the Andre Rieu CD

Went to purchase a DVD. Item had not yet been released, but store assistant suggested that we might like to order it instore and have it posted to our home address. Accepted offer and left details of address etc. Item arrived on 15 December. Very pleased with service both instore and for delivery.

It is always a pleasure visiting this HMV store in Northampton. The staff are always keen to give impeccable service without being pushy. I find that they are well trained and knowledgeable. 10/10 every time. I pop in most weeks. My last visit was to collect my latest purchase... Pink Floyd 50th Anniversary "Wish you were here",,, Awesome is the best word to describe.

Ordering goods! Not turning up on time is atrocious, I went in store wrong find out is the t-shirt in still nothing , sorry I'll never order on line again it's a joke

Great customer service received
I found amazing items to purchase in store, and was helped very politely by a worker when I couldn’t find a specific product. All the while there was amazing customer service displayed during my shop at HMV

Staff in the store
Staff in the store, HMV Northampton Grosvenor centre were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me. When the item could not be found in store, it was ordered to come to my house. The turnaround time was quick and the item was well packaged

Experience at HMV
I found my experience great because the workers at my HMV are super polite and know their way around the shop, they are very helpful and make all customers feel welcome.

Online good, shop collection poor
Online process was very smooth and csn not fault it. However, I choose to collect my item from the store in Northampton. I stood at the unmanned checkout for about 3 minutes whilst the lady who eventually served me stood right behind me unboxing some stock. She did not acknowledge me or say "please bear with me, I will only be a minute", she completely ignored me. Eventually she did go behind the till and found my item quickly and efficiently. I asked for a carrier bag as I already had items to carry and my item was quite cumbersome but was told that they had no bags. I expected better service after spending over £120.00 in your store. For your information, I collected on a Friday afternoon and the shop was empty of customers
