I was able to purchase the cd along with two others that will be sent next month.It also arrived on the Friday as stated and was pleased with the purchase.

I went to the checkout straight away…
I went to the checkout straight away because I did didn’t know where to go, I was told that portable cd players were coming back, they ordered exactly what I wanted and it was in the shop on the day they said it would be.

Didn't have what I wanted so ordered it - really fast and efficient service. I would rather pay extra to keep HMV on the high street than give money to Amazon. Ever.

Excellent Customer Care from Norwich HMV
The helpfulness of the first assistant, Glenda, searching and locating one request. Also combining four gift cards into one enabling me to purchase my first request. Then allowing me to purchase a second request to the value of £34.99 on collection of the first item. Survey number: 59-831-3 14/04/2026
The second assistant, Alice, in searching for another request confirmed that although she could find it, it was not available through HMV. Survey number: 8-831-5 17/04/2026
A third assistant , Lucy, on another occasion was extremely helpful with something I was searching for. Survey number: 19-831-6 18/04/2026
