I still like buying records and my local hmv have a good choice and if they haven't got what I want I can order and pick it up from there.

Disappointing Order Experience
I preordered a limited edition 4k click and collect, thinking it would be set aside for me, and because I didn't want to risk damage by post, but it was posted to my local branch anyway. I'd may as well have had it posted to my house, and may have had it early, like many other lucky people.
I had to wait until the morning of release, and put up with the most miserable person serving me.
Don't think he is a morning person!
Not the best experience with HMV, again!

Treacle Town hmv brilliant service
Popped in to purchase a particular CD, the store was able to order it,
Collected it a few days latter, extremely efficient staff member.
Always liked hmv.

Great to go into a real music store
Just picked up a Christmas present from Nuneaton store and it's always great to physically go into a music shop. The young lady who served me was efficient, extremely friendly and helpful .... three great reasons to visit!!!
