I have paid two visits recently to the…
I have paid two visits recently to the Redditch Store. On both occasions, the staff members who served me were polite and helpful, and on the second occasion I was able to order the two CD's which were not in stock. These arrived in the post without undue delay.

Hmv always kept me inform about my records I ordered and kept me informed when it was out for delivery. I was very pleased with my purchase. Delivered with car from the post office too. So thank you
