The staff at HMV Romford are very helpful and patient this helps me as I am a 67 year old man and I’m blind too they will go out of their way to help me

I got my Taylor Swift cd within a couple of days of ordering it online and went to collect it from the Romford store. The staff were so helpful & I’d do it again.

Easy to follow system for ordering LPs with click and collect option. The status of the order was regularly updated and arrived quickly. As always, served by a polite and helpful member of staff at the Romford store.
