Excellent Service at HMV
First time visiting new store in Solihull. Impressed by range of vinyls, DVDs and wide range of merchandise. Ideal for Christmas shopping. The DVD I wanted was available in Blueray but I required it in standard. The staff were so helpful, and pre-ordered it from the warehouse, gave me the option of paying to have it posted direct to my home for a small fee, or pick up free when next in Solihull. I chose the latter. I also bought other items. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and work as a supportive team. I received an email when the DVD arrived in store. When I collected the DVD the staff were equally friendly. This store is a lovely addition to Solihull.

Excellent service
HMV has a good reputation and I am always very satisfied with this branch. The staff are friendly and efficient with a good knowledge of the merchandise available.

My review is in two parts I had to phone to confirm to find out if my preorder had turned up at my local HMV store ,I should have had confirmation email this has happened on a couple of occasions but it turns out there is glitch in the machine,but the staff were very helpful.Part two my preorder delivered to my home was spot on both with telling me it had been dispatched and when it was being delivered in fact it came a day early so thank you.So on the whole I was satisfied

Order quickly arrived at Solihull branch which is an excellent shop. Lovely staff who were very efficient when I collected the albums. Really like dealing with HMV shop in Solihull.
