Secure and easy click and collect experience!
I got an email a couple of days later after my online purchase to say that my order was ready to collect. I presented the email to the HMV sales assistant, she quickly got my order and was safe to collect for me as well. I opened my order (Noelle, Valkyrie Armour - FUNKO POP figure), and excellent condition it was kept in (including the box). So if you have a HMV locally to you, I recommend doing the click and collect as it’s free and secure too.

Item i wanted wasn't in stock, in store. Member of staff offered to order it for me, and i chose to do it as a click & collect. Very efficient ordering & collection service would definitely use again - thank you

I go quite often for our vinyls went…
I go quite often for our vinyls went back today for our order to collect it spoke to a lovely very young lady at the till sorry forgotten her name but she is just awesome very helpful friendly and just lovely to speak to and she checked out some other vinyls we want to buy what an asset to hmv please find out her name and say a big thank you for her help today Thank you

Superb Service
Love the Staines store. The woman, whose name I should know now, is so helpful and so knowledgeable. She always helps with my Kpop purchases (for my kids) making everything so simple.
Hold on to her HMV !!!

Order has not arrived
We ordered our CD 5 days ago and I have had no notification it is being sent out. The order confirmation says it will be dispatched in 24 hours. It’s been 120 hours and I’ve heard nothing but we have spent £27.99! Not great service
