Can't fault the in-store service. ASales guy was brilliant.. he had to do the online order for me which was beyond his remit.

Scratched Vinyl great service
One vinyl arrived with a scratch on it noticed when playing went to my nearest store and the staff were more than happy to replace it
Great service and the other 2 vinyls work perfectly

I preordered the new Gun album Hombres…
I preordered the new Gun album Hombres to coincide with a live performance event in store. I arranged for the album to be collected on the day of the performance. I was regularly kept updated by email about my order. On the day of collecting the album the staff were as always friendly and helpful. The live performance by Gun was a great success. Always a pleasure visiting HMV Stirling.

Excellent customer service
Returned a scratched LP purchased on line. In store staff very helpful, friendly and efficient, replacement received within a few days.

Dave at Stirling HMV
I cannot thank Dave at the Stirling branch of hmv enough. We bought a JAM turntable as joint present for my wife and I to rekindle our love of vinyls again. The Pink Floyd album and The smiths album were strangely jumping. Called the branch, they got me back in, tried it in another machine, same issue, they then allowed me to swap to an altogether different brand and all works great. These guys went that extra step, even giving me a staff discount on another vinyl purchase. I cannot recommend them highly enough. An absolute credit to HMV and I will be back again. Superb shop.

Staff in the Stirling store were brilliant. Very friendly and ordered a bag for me that my daughter was after. The bag was ready to collect very quickly.
