Album return
On returning an album that was significantly damaged, I had to prove that I had a transaction number, had no issues with this, however, when couldn’t find this on the card, I had to show my personal accounts to the staff member, who was helpful and trying his best to be fair. The manager did come across rude and made me feel that I was lying and at one point even though the evidence was on my account. Did get sorted in the end though, just was made to feel like I was cheating the system.

Picked up my click and collect
It was so straight forward to pick up my click and collect , when I was at the Swansea store I even bought another vinyl to go with the 1 I was collecting.
