Excellent Customer Service
I bought a CD which I brought back the following week as it was faulty (for some reason my CD player just didn’t recognise it). Rosie issued the refund, ordered the replacement, and it arrived by the following week. Seamless service, and the replacement works perfectly.

Album corner crushed and dented
All 3 arrived but the corners of all 3 were dented. Outer box was dented and had a tear. Needs more packaging to stop this happening.

Great Service
The item which was a pre order was released on the 10th April and was ready to pick up at my local store the next day.
