Friendly and knowledgeable Taunton team
Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, transaction simple, knew the band I was searching for and best album to start me on my journey listening to Future Islands.

Taunton branch staff
The man in the shop in Taunton branch who served me was amazing, nothing was too much trouble as I had difficulty finding a Dvd . He looked on the store computer and ordered for me and for it to be sent to my home address.

Click and collect. Taunton
Have done several click and collects at this store. The staff here are amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. HMV as a company has always delivered on time and ive never had a problem with any orders i have recieved.

Buy local.
Always prefer to buy my CDs from my local HMV store as opposed to online from Amazon as it nearly closed a few years ago. Support your local store. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
