Online Product description unsatisfactory
I'm happy with the product. However. The product description online was not satisfactory.
The contents should detail what movies are included in the box set and not a movie synopsis, especially since this is not a complete box set.
I knew beforehand I wasn't getting every movie, however it would benefit people to know what's included in the product.

Great service…
The member of staff who looked after us at the Thurrock Lakeside store was extremely helpful. She searched through all the t'shirts in the store as well as in the back room. The next option was to order on-line and I had the option to collect from a store local to where I live.

Rude Management and some staff
The staff member who served me was very helpful however the management and some team members were rude and dismissive when she asked a question on my behalf as she never knew the answer . It was uncomfortable and very unprofessional. If the Manager can’t set a good example then it makes it acceptable for staff to behave the same way . I did eventually buy something with the help of this team member she went out of her way to help solve my gift issue and offer solutions . Thank you
