Didn’t have a clue where the CD’s were that I wanted were. Asked an assistant and he sprang into action with my list in tow. Excellent service from the Lakeside branch.

Item supplied had a defective mains lead. Staff at Lakeside produced a replacement lead, tested it, and I went away happy.

Helpful sales assistant
The amazingly helpful sales assistant helped me order a t -shirt that was out of stock in store plus I had no clue as to which size to order and she helped me sort that as well by comparing with other t-shirts from that supplier.

I realise it’s not hmv’s fault…
I realise it’s not hmv’s fault directly, but when I bought same Jays ear pods the assistant said you can’t have these they are faulty so I ordered a pair.
The arrived one didn’t work.
Took them back ordered another pair.
They arrived and don’t work at all, so they have to go back.
Do you understand the cost in time and money having to deal with faulty goods. What should do next, go to Curry’s or Argos!

Click and Collect
I ordered an item from Lakeside to be delivered to Bluewater in Kent. I was informed when it was in and was able to give it as a present for Christmas. Excellent service from HMV to get it delivered on time.

TERRIBLE!!!
TERRIBLE!!!! I was at HMV in lakeside Essex with my dad. We ordered Vince Clarke’s Songs of Silence and it’s not shown up. I’m incredibly angry as this was a Christmas present!!!
