Ordered something on the 19th and still…
Ordered something on the 19th and still waiting for a confirmation email to collect. It’s just 1 CD that is meant to be a gift and online it says click and and collect is easy and takes between 2-5 days.. still waiting after 8 with no updates on where the order is. I wouldn’t recommend this service and I’m just disappointed my item isn’t available on Amazon as it’s a much better shopping experience

I was served by a very pleasant young…
I was served by a very pleasant young lady on my first visit to the Warrington store and she knew what she was doing when ordering the videos I wanted. The DVD were delivered promptly which I thought was good service. The young man who dealt with me on my second visit was equally pleasant and efficient when I collected my DVDs. Your staff were lovely.

The best soundtrack of the year
One of the best soundtrack albums of the year by Nine Inch Nails the team as always are excellent at the job they do and I always shop in here for things that peek my interest thanks again guys for your time
