A simple way of shopping, if it wasn't in stock it could be ordered, my first purchase had a scratch so took it back, and I was given a choice of pick up or home delivery, staff were helpful. Job done... Voir plus

Helpful staff
I went in store to refund a faulty LP. No questions asked, I got an instant replacement. Staff where all very friendly and helpful, even offering advice on how to store and take care of my records in the future. 5 stars, thank you

Local location
Visited the store in Warrington asking for a record in store but they didn't have it in stock but the helpful assistant ordered it for me it arrived a couple of days later thank you very much.
