HMV Winchester Excellent Customer Service
The Staff in Winchester HMV were very helpful and I received excellent customer service.They ordered the cd I wanted and sent me an email as soon as my cd was in.There is a great selection of cds to choose from. The prices are good too.

I found what I was looking for in Hmv Winchester, staff helpful, very good selection of music, cd and vinyl. nicely laid out in different genres, and easy to find. have also ordered many items in store, again, staff have been very helpful. Only complaint, We all miss our Salisbury store, which closed many years ago!

Efficient click & Collect
Placed a Click and Collect order for 2 "old" CDs which were ready for collection in 3 days at my local branch. Dealt with swiftly and efficiently, staff member was very friendly.

totally satisfied with how HMV conduct themselves…
Just totally satisfied with how HMV (UK) ARE CONDUCTING THEM SELVES top top company that I totally believe in when I have too purchase my steelbook dvds 4k, so far they have been very efficient that's all I ask as a customer HMV have given me more reason to like them than not. Many thanks

Helpful staff
Easy to order and collect from the store. Very helpful staff, especially when presented with a large cardboard box that I couldn't carry easily!

Went to HMV in Winchester to work through a Christmas list for family. Staff so helpful and friendly. What they didn't have in store was ordered and delivered in a few days
