Went there for about an hour kids didnt like it at all was a waste of money and our time ridiclous ques for certain things absoloutley shocking nothing justifies the price they charge for this!

Hobbledown Heath is a mess!!!!
After having a great experience with Epsom branch we got so excited about Heathrow one.
I’ve been there 3 times since and twice I’ve been disappointed now.
1st was the opening so you’d think fair enough - not enough animals, not enough staff yet - completely understandable.
2nd time - there were still not enough animals to see and they explained it’s due to the heat that these animals aren’t there. We saw 2 beautiful reindeers though that my daughter loved. We then head to the food centre who also seems to run out of hot food from 2pm?
3rd time - 3rd time unlucky. We got in the entrance and I tapped my card and my bank confirmed it’s taken money out. But the staff said I didn’t so I had to re do it. I asked them well if you charge me twice will you refund it straight away? - FULL CONFIDENCE THEY SAID YES BY THE END OF THE DAY THEY’LL REFUND!
End of the day comes charged twice and the manager on the site couldn’t do anything. “Took” my details and well did nothing. No call backs, no refunds. Here’s me chasing up the refund 3 days after and a woman named Vicky on the phone assures this was going to be refunded and that I should send them a copy. Not only did no one acknowledge any of my emails I waited for 2 days and none again. I ofcourse called again - this time taking my banking details and that it will be refunded straight away. Guess what? 2 days now and still nothing. How awful! What a messy service.
And can I say the same day we went there was a very sick reindeer that was so skinny it looked like it was suffering plus when we came at 1pm for lunch they were no longer serving pizzas, salads and almost half empty shelf for the kids.
