Briliant service and value for money.

Whilst I experienced a few issues when ordering the machine, the machine was good and the managing director was very helpful.

Searching the web for a new sewing machine, I came across a deal in HobbySew -a machine reduced by around £200. I phoned and got soem advice, including that it came with a carry bag (I was going to add one to the order). The machine came about 10 days later - apparently there was a delay in getting a batch of them in. All fine, except there is no carry bag with it, which is a bit disappointing. However happy with the machine and the price I paid.

Attractive sale price, VERY prompt delivery. Not used yet as it's a birthday gift for my daughter-in-law, so can't comment on the machine itself

First contacted HobbySew to get some advice about buying a sewing machine for my daughter. She has never used one before so it was essential I got as much advice as possible. The lady at HobbySew spent a quite a lot of time with me explaining what would be the right machine for a novice. After more research I eventually went back to HobbySew and bought the machine they recommended, I ordered it on a Monday and took delivery of it and the extras they sent by Thursday. Fantastic service and fantastic delivery no complaints what so ever. As far as the sewing machine goes onlt time will tell.

Very pleased with machine and excellent price paid. Delivery was on 2nd day given, late evening, so no problems there. But receiving tracking details would have been helpful so that I didn't have to wait in for 2 days! Delighted with "free gifts" - beautiful set of scissors and 24 assorted threads. Looking forward to testing all the different ways of using this Jaguar overlocker after 20 years with my lovely Elna!!!!

Amazing price for a top quality machine. Bought this for my wife for Christmas, received a free extension table and quilting kit with it too. what more could you ask for. Hobbysew is the best site by far.

I finally received package after nearly two weeks, and two phone calls.
They took the money out of my account immediately after ordering.
They acknowledged my order, then there was no more communication from them. They should have told me why there was a delay in sending the item. I phoned them Monday 2nd Nov. a week after ordering, and was told it would arrive Thursday 5th. I stayed in all day and it didn't come. It finally arrived the next day. I should have been kept informed. There was no way I could track it myself.

I receives the package a day earlier, after asking the customer service to arrive the day of my wife wedding. The package arrived on time and safe. Great service

Had a problem got annoyed then spoke to a very nice chap who explained what had happened! Honesty deserves respect guys thats what gets return business :) thank you.

Everything was plain sailing from the ordering through to delivery time. No problems & good communication.
The box that my machine was in was a bit bashed in but luckily no damage inside.

I am not really into computers but the live chat was so easy and I was able to ask questions as I was unsure what I wanted. Danielle was very helpful without being pushy. The price was good and my machine was delivered the next day, Thank You

A couple of teething problems to begin with but quickly resolved with fantastic customer service! Very please with both an email and phone call! Every new online shop has teething problems but with the response and service recieved I will definitely be a returning customer! Plus very happy with the sewing machine! Hobbysew staff were very helpful and efficient - both on the telephone and on the online chat. Pleased with my new machine although it took 4 days to arrive.
