Holdem Removals Avis

Very organised, responsive, patient and professional, even in the heatwave, thank you very much.

Very responsive, professional, and quick

I was looking for movers and, like most people, initially contacted the companies I was already familiar with. Luckily, I was contacted by Adrian from Holdem. After a thorough discussion over the phone and sharing videos of everything that needed to be moved, he provided me with a quote that was surprisingly reasonable compared to the others I had received.

I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at first, but they completely proved me wrong! Their team was fantastic—professional, efficient, and attentive to every small detail I had mentioned. They handled everything with great care, making the entire moving process smooth and stress-free.

I am extremely happy with their service and will definitely use Holdem again for my future moves. I would also highly recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you, Adrian and the team, for such an excellent experience!

I can’t speak highly enough of this company. From the moment I had the initial survey to moving day the professionalism was top notch. The guys were careful and considerate and made the whole process super smooth and stress free! Highly recommend

Very polite and professional Team.

Everything went smooth. The guys were on time and very quick, also very careful with belongings. Very happy with their service, highly recommend! Thank you again 😊

Excellent service with friendly packers who are happy to help where needed

The whole experience was exceptional, far beyond anything I expected.

We had a very stressful situation as our house exchange was confirmed just two days before our moving date. Despite the incredibly short notice, Adrian went above and beyond to make it happen. They only had one van available, but he managed to arrange a second van so our move could still go ahead.

When the team arrived, they were friendly, professional, and immediately put us at ease. They took the time to walk through the house, assess everything that needed moving, identify items that required extra protection, and carefully plan how they would load everything.

Every item was handled with incredible care, especially our expensive TVs and other fragile belongings, which were thoroughly protected before being loaded into the vans.

They worked efficiently and managed to clear our entire house and garage surprisingly quickly.

We then travelled three hours to our new home, where the team walked through each room with us to understand exactly where everything should go. They took great care unloading everything, making sure each item was placed in the correct room rather than simply leaving boxes wherever was easiest.

What really stood out was that they didn't just finish the job and leave. Before heading off, the whole team asked to walk around the house with me to make sure everything was exactly where I wanted it. That level of customer service is rare and was hugely appreciated.

I honestly can't thank Adrian and the team enough. They were friendly, hardworking, and professional throughout the entire day. Even in the extreme heat, they never stopped smiling or let their energy drop.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable removals company. Thank you all for making what could have been an incredibly stressful day feel so easy.

Team were on time and did a great job with the move. It was stress free. I would highly recommend the team.

Adrian was very good from the beginning. Explaining the process and how long will take for removal. Kept us updated on the process.
The removal team came and took the furniture apart and white goods in the van in just two and half hours. Once we got to the new house they assembled and delivered the goods to each room with in 1.5 hours

Booked with holdem and it was a really relaxed and pleasant experience from the get go. They came and packed the house then moved me the next day. Such a quick smooth experience. No issues and they were super careful with my items. 100% recommend them.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Very friendly and professional team. They work very fast.

Unbelievable effort from the 3 blokes that helped us move house today. Turned up bang on time with a couple of vans and didn’t stop until the job was complete (in a heatwave!!!).

Set expectations from the outset and were professional and incredibly efficient all the way through the process.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Remarkable.
