Second to none service!!, I spoke to Neil bonner about a family holiday to Italy, Neil was very knowledgeable and was very honest, the whole process was easy from initial contact through to documents being sent out. I will definitely be using holiday genie and Neil on particular for my next holiday booking. Thanks Neil great service and top bloke!

I found a holiday that i wanted which then took me through to Holiday Genie site I phoned Genie up and booked it very easily and efficiently with the person i was talking to who was excellent and very knowledgeable.
All the paperwork and Atol certificates etc. was e mailed to me within 2 hours of making the booking.
Fantastic services and would recommend on my experience.

Bob is always extremely helpful, polite, and very knowledgeable. He does everything he can to compete with other companies to give the best value for money, and is always truthful in his opinions when it comes to giving a description of the holiday you are interested in. Bob is a real credit to this company. I would not hesitate to book with them again and would be happy to recommend Holiday Genie to anyone.

Cannot fault holiday Genie at all. We had a flight booked through Thomas Cook for next year, holiday genie were on the phone within a day of Thomas Cook going under and we were sorted with a new flight within 4 days. Booking staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the holidays. I am very impressed with the service received.

I have used Holiday Genie twice now and I have to say that Angelina is a credit to this company.
She is so patient and thorough in finding your perfect holiday request, I would have no hesitation in recommending her and the company to anyone else.

Me and my sister got an amazing deal to Dubai. We had a great time! I would like to give a big thank you to Stephen Bird who helped me with everything. I would highly recommend this company there were no issues at all.

Perfect service from Anne - was wary of booking as reviews are not great and I am wary of booking with companies I know nothing about. But I was reassured from the moment I spoke to Anne, got a fantastic deal and received all my documents the same day. Will certainly use again.

I had booked a Florida holiday (flights and accommodation) with this company, and when I needed to cancel the accommodation and just keep the flights, the consultant Neil Bonner was exceptional, in that he sorted it for me without any hassle. He also booked our seats with Virgin at the time of booking, and has been so accommodating throughout our booking process.
A big shout out to Neil Bonner, and I will certainly be using Holiday Genie again for our next holiday, I've been extremely impressed.

PRICES ARE NOT WHAT ARE EXPECTED! Do not book with this company, unless you are unable to fill in basic forms and read basic information from a website. Was quoted roughly £470 for a Orlando 14 day holiday. From processing the deal, a form appears stating your email address, phone number and other personal information. I did proceed with the request and I stated in the information section asking if the deal displayed luggage allowance of 23kg (I already checked the British Airways website's prices and terms). The next day I had an email stating they could amend the booking for an extra £50 to what British airways was charging by going direct and a total price of £684! a massive increase from the first displayed £470! Always question these type of false advertising websites. Looks good on the front page but the book is not up to standard! Direct is almost always best! (If you are not very good with online transactions such as holidays bookings, ask someone more informed to help you and save money!)

Although a must admit that I was a bit dubious when my wife first booked our holiday (as I had not heard of the company), I can honestly say that this is one of the easiest arranged package holidays we have ever experienced.
We have just returned from a fantastic family holiday in Cozumel Mexico. Absolutely no issues whatsoever and we received concise and regular updates before and throughout the holiday concerning the arrangements.
Would highly recommend them.

Booked a holiday with them and on leaving the hotel we face a large bill for additional charges, this was never explained to us, not cited in any communication. In fact the destination was omitted from those that do have additional in resort charges.
Complaint made, not even acknowledged formally, rude customer service dismissive and amateur.

Just returned from Barbados, where we had a smashing holiday. Everything went smoothly; flight, transfers, hotel (Coral Mist - right on the beach). The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I experienced (like others) the frustration of being told when booking that the price had increased by £200 plus. When I queried this I was simply told "Sorry, that price has finished now" even though it was still showing on the website! On checking, it was still the cheapest by some distance, so why they didn't just display the correct price I don't know.
To be fair, they went out of their way to let me know I could avoid a new tax by paying earlier, which saved me £70. Apart from the above mentioned issue, we had no problems at all.

Away in Florida right now and in the most disgusting, filthy and run down property. Holiday Genie are doing absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Appalling property and customer service. AVOID!

We used holiday genie for our trip to retake our wedding vows in 2014 then again in 2018 and couldn’t fault them at all , even calling with random questions I’d forgotten to ask nothing was a bother . So when we decided to go again went straight to them didn’t even get quotes from other companies.
