Holiday Hypermarket Avis 

A really easy to use website which gives all the costs for certain dates which then allows you to choose the best option for you. Holiday Hypermarket was also cheaper that other travel companies.

Would definitely use again.

First time user on holiday hypermarket and found the website easy to navigate, best of all the price is the best i found for the hotel I booked and it was at least £250 cheaper than last time I booked with another provider.. baggage and transfers included, bonus 👌. Would i use holiday hypermarket again. If everything goes as planned, most definitely.

Holiday was a good price and very easy to book, after noticing a mistake on the booking invoice, staff where quick to answer the phone and rectified it, with no issues and where very friendly and helpful.

Speed, price, ease of use, all great i will come back to you

I've had 2 brilliant holidays through holiday hypermarket this year to cape verdi. The customer service is second to none which is unusual these days. My june holiday was organised by Andrea Sewsdale and my March one by Louise Holme. Both ladies were understanding and pro active regarding my disability needs and fulfilled their promises. The help at the airport and on the plane made my experience so much less painful which was so appreciated. The flight with Tui was comfortable and the staff were excellent. The Rui Touareg I highly recommend for comfortable rooms, spacious surroundings, varied and plentiful excellent drinks and food. There were so many staff at hand and they were so happy to serve you and the hotel is cleaned constantly. The entertainment is great and the massages are excellent. There is plenty of room around the pools and it's right on the beautiful beach. We had a wonderful time and the trips were organised to perfection by the ladies mentioned. Also the company includes transfers and baggage and is cheaper than the alternatives travel agencies. I will definitely be using them in the future without a doubt.

Bad exp.. you look for the holiday online.. where they give u a price.. but can’t book online.. you have to call them lol.. you call theml and they give you different price.. liers.. they say.. it’s fluent.. the prices… omg , you ask for a mamager… not available.. scamers…, stay away!

unbelievable, I've just found a holiday online called them and the gave me a differentptice +£100 ish, I asked about the name of the customer services agent she refuse to give me her name, also refused to transfer me to the manager saying no one is available.. stay away!

Sunexpress arrived at Liverpool JL at least 90 mins late due to technical difficulties. They then boarded us all onto the plane with tech difficulties OBS still not dealt with. Lights flashing tannoy system on and off it was an old skip with wings rattling everywhere. Emergency landing in Dusseldorf horrible. Instead of all inclusive in Turkey paying top dollar for food and drinks in hotel there only thing open. Told to arrive back at Dusseldorf airport for 10 flight boarding at 1.40 leaving at 2pm. There was no plane and no flight and no information. Offered no refreshments given 8 euro voucher water was 6. Things got so bad they had to call security in to protect the very rude and useless check in staff. Given 3 options plane leaving at 3 with 17 seats going to disabled kiddies etc. we took the 2nd option fly to Izmir at 4 50 even that was late. They told the passengers on the flight they were late because they were waiting for us. We had been there since 10 30. Spent my entire birthday in crap airport. From Izmir we flew to Antalya and promised faithfully our bags would be waiting for us there. Another lie, nobody there with info, no bags, no transfers, total nightmare. Eventually got to hotel early hours of morning sweaty not even a toothbrush. We all scored the airport looking for luggage, had to start filling firms in two at a time and were assured luggage would be with us Sunday. Well luggage didn't arrive couldn't contact anybody. Spent Sunday and Monday running around shops for toothpaste underwear shorts tea shirts not even a swimming suit between us. They then sent luggage to wrong hotel. So all these days at reception and on phone trying to get straight. It has been a total fiasco travelling via your company had I have known who the flights were with would never have booked, probably won't again too risky. I had to put 1 star but in fact should be none.

Found a great deal on this site , much cheaper than anywhere else. Will be making this my first stop for looking for holidays .

So easy to use the site with the easy option of looking at varius days over at least a month

Really good holiday app just disappointed I didn’t book a few days before as it was over £300 cheaper! Prices change so quickly.
