Old Fashioned Customer Service
Excellent service from this friendly High Street store. I recently purchase a Rotary watch and after arriving home, there was some confusion over the functionality of the watch. H & H took the watch back to test it over an extended period. They then confirmed that it was working as intended, and explained in more detail the intended functionality of the watch. There was some misunderstanding between myself and the sales assistant when I initially purchased the watch. All is now good, and H & H provided excellent customer service when attending to this misunderstanding, including sending the watch back to me as I am not local to the store. I recommend this company for their friendly and dedicated customer service.

I Bought a Seiko 1968 Heritage Turtle (Slim) from H&H. Best price by far, delivered next day, warranty card stamped. Fantastic service from H&H, fantastic watch from Seiko.

First class watch and customer service
Having no previous purchase history with Hollins & Hollinshead, I found they had a Seiko King Sumo SPB321J1 for sale with a generous discount. I had desired this watch since its introduction in 2022 so with the generous discount, it was time to buy!
The whole purchasing experience was flawless start to finish, I was kept fully updated with my purchase receiving confirmation of dispatch and a tracking number. The watch arrived in perfect condition the following day in very secure packaging. All in all a perfect purchase experience.
I wasn’t aware of Hollins & Hollinshead before, but they are now in my favourites list and I will not hesitate buying from them again.
