You can always rely on Homebase for quality products. Online shopping and being contacted for click and collect. Staff at Alnwick are very friendly and helpful. A great plus is you can take your friendly dog in!

MUCH VALUED SUPPORT WHEN NEEDED
Called to collect 13 pre-ordered bags of soil/compost and whilst in the Alnwick store decided to purchase some large ceramic pots. At the checkout we were served by Martin, and asked for assistance collecting our goods and loading them into our car. Martin’s customer service was outstanding, helping in any way he could. Suffice to say he ensured that we received much valued help that turned a potential nightmare into an easy visit. Thanks to all concerned for your help.

Although the staff were very busy putting out Christmas decorations the store was clean and tidy and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service offered by Micheal on check out and Scott helping load our car.
