Homebase - Basildon Avis 

I was going to wait until my kitchen is fully installed before I wrote this. I have always believed in give credit where it’s due and for the person I am writing this for certainly deserves it. Clarissa at Homebase Basildon, Essex. Kitchen/Bathroom dept. From the time I walked over and asked for some assistance she proved to be highly knowledgeable, caring and patient especially with all my ‘what ifs’ nothing has been too much trouble. Her professionalism is matched by her knowledge and experience at what she does. I have already recommended friends and will continue to recommend. Thank you Clarissa for your assistance so far…This lady is a real credit to Homebase. Excellent service.

Highly recommend Basildon, Essex. Great customer service - phoned to say that my order was available to collect but had been a display item, was I still happy to accept and they explained the condition (was still perfect). Really pleased that I was given the option before travelling to the store. Upon arrival, had a friendly welcome, was quick to be served and again they checked if I was still happy to take them. Good parking and easy to find. Overall extremely happy, thank you.

This shop is becoming a joke....take your money then either not contact me or phone an hour later to say we ain't got your item .....I paid straight away yet I have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund....you taking the mick..sort out your stock or are you making so much interest on so many peoples money by scamming them .....

Excellent customer service - my order was ready and waiting for me to load into my car. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, as always at the Vange branch.

I'm happy with the product I got but the staff didn't check any details when I said I was there to pick up something she just asked what it was. Didn't ask for a reference number or even my name which makes me think anyone could go in and take a product without proving its there's to take. I also asked the staff member a question about the product which she didn't know the answer to neither did her college they made no effort to find an answer to my question. I don't think I'd order click and collect from this store again for fear my product could be very easily stolen by any member of the public.

My C&C order was ready for me & I enquired about lawn mowers while I was there. The guy was so helpful, knowledgeable & gave his honest opinion which was great. I left the store with the perfect mower.

Easy pick up pretty simple to assemble but would sat the allen bolts where to shallow 😊

As always with click and collect at Homebase. Order picked promptly and I was messaged promptly too. Great job!

Both customer service staff were really helpful, and the male of the two was a superstar by helping me load the table and chairs into the back of my car.
