Fast and efficient service! Staff very friendly

A huge thank you to John Kinge! I only needed a larder unit and a couple of wall units. John went over and above to help me meet my budget and made the whole experience very easy! He was so knowledgeable and really cared about making sure I was able to get what I needed! I can’t thank him enough. Thank you so much…can’t really say much more other than John was amazing!!

Lovely chair. Was supposed to be next day delivery but didn't arrive at store until 2 days after that. They used yodel for delivery to their store so wasn't technically their fault.

It can be tad bit upsetting when you can't find an item in the store which shows online that there are 7 in stock. What's happening? Someone should either stock-up the shelves or update your stock online in time.
Even when I was going to leave your Basingstoke store, your staff Denise didn't give up. She went through the store, went to the back and eventually came back with a ladder to check the top shelf as a last resort and finally found 1. She was relentless and professional about it too. Thank you once again Denise.

Manager didn’t ask me if I was waiting for click and collect instead went to the gentleman behind me and the woman behind her and totally ignored me. Interestingly I’m black he ignored me and my son and served the rest of the white customers behind me. He heard I picked up an order didn’t apologise and refused eye contact , disappointing

My click and collect order was ready super fast. Pick up was extremely easy, everything was superb. The young lady who helped me was very pleasant, helpful and professional.

Alex and Maggie were so helpful to me. I needed the string replaced in my simmer and Alex not only showed me what product it was he fitted it in for me. They both were so friendly and helpful

Product perfect for what I needed, service could of been so much better, two staff on service desk one getting annoyed as had to put customers details in twice, then took photo of screen on a mobile so she didn't have to ask again did delete it in front of customer, other asked if she could help, said I was collecting an item told me she had to wait for computer then returned to stick and un sticking sellotape(other brands available) from her wrist

Such a shame that my local Southampton branch closed. Homebase is great value for money and well made products.
Well done Basingstoke click & collect..only downside no customer rest rooms. No fun when you already know the return journey motorway is at a standstill

Did a click and collect order . Received confirmation order was ready within the hour , as stated on order e mail . Arrived to pick up the order and all items were ready on a trolley to take away . Great service !

I went into my local Homebase store looking for a repair kit for a hole in my bathroom plastic panel. Louis was extremely helpful and informative. He showed me some kits but unfortunately wasn't quite right. He looked online to see if there was anything in particular I needed to use. I left the store feeling I had been listened too. He is a credit to the store. His name was Louis. Please can you make sure he gets recognised for his excellent customer service.
