Can’t fault Homebase they had my order ready fast and when items weren’t available they phoned to let me know and I was able to switch to something else over the phone

Great experience overall. Staff that stood out - John the Gardener, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with selecting plants for my house and also provided me with a full set of instructions on how to take care of of them. Many thanks

Micheal was so helpful while I bought Christmas lights for my roof. He went above and beyond working out my measurements as well as advising on how to put them up …thanks Micheal.

On my most recent visit to buy outdoor plants, John in the gardening section shared some very helpful advice about which plants would thrive in our rather shaded yard, I came in for 1 plant and walked out with 6 and some other useful items thanks to John's help! :)

We were at the Sprucefield Homebase today and struggling a bit in the gardening department, and John appeared as if by magic and answered all our questions...then gave us some very useful extra info too. Helped us with a trolley and made us feel properly looked after.

Went to boucher road to collect an item that the bangor store refused to sell to me for an unacceptable reason.
Easy to order, pay for and collect. Staff member i spoke with was friendly, highly knowledgeable and I wish him all the best in his job search following being made redundant as a result of administration.

This was a click and collect item which I bought at a discounted price. When I arrived home I found that apart was missing - the circular disc which screws around the lampshade to hold it in place. Now I will have to walk back to the store tomorrow (45 min walk), to have the part supplied or a refund.

Got everything I ask for almost except 1 Item but it is not a problem, easy to collect sitting waiting for me staff helpful and polite and friendly

My mum and I went into Homebase on Boucher Road today to buy a Ketter Shed. John from the garden center helped us pick the right shed, brought it to the tills for us the helped us pack it in my car. His customer service was incredible and made our experience so much better and easier for us. I couldn’t thank him enough!

John was called to help me chose a hose to connect to my power washer. As it happens John was power washing the garden centre section. He showed me the set up he was using, talked through the pros and cons of each and shared his experience if each one. John was excellent, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Also made sure I got the right replacement spool for my lawn trimmer.
