Homebase - Craigavon Avis 

Lynsey the Store Manager and her team were extremely rude. If she still had a job i would have suggested additional training in customer service. This is not acceptable behaviour and I would not waste my time in listing out the incompetence and power tripping i witnessed.

I bought a product that turned out not to fit, I can't return it, you can only exchange it, it's a joke

I purchased a black floor lamp today in my local store. Whilst trying to assemble same the electric cord just snapped. Badly designed in my opinion. I brought lamp back and one of your staff Leanne was extremely helpful and got my refund sorted . She is a wonderful asset to ur company. Friendly, and helpful.

Easy to place order online and item was ready for collection within hour.

Absolute joke, pay to get items sent to house which I was told would take 7 days. After a a week , I was told that it was an estimate and could take up to 14 days. If I was told me that first I would of gone elsewhere. Then when you cancel your order, they want you to wait until after the weekend. That's theft.

Excellent service and delivery

Are the staff not allowed to help customers with lifting items? Firstly when I went to the counter and asked the lady if I could get three bags of bark she told me it was outside to help myself. I then said I needed help as I was pushing a pram she said she would get someone to get it for me, then I proceeded to wait outside for 20 minutes on the bark, I then went inside to see what was taking so long it was sitting beside the counter and asked if wanted to put the child in the car and come back in for it. I informed her that I was also heavily pregnant and I needed it lifted into the car and she said oh sorry i didnt see that I will call someone. She then called another member of staff to come and lift it but it was like such an inconvenience for him to help. If I didn’t need the bark and hadn’t of paid for it I would have left l. Very poor customer service and not willingly to help the customers.

I used the click & collect at Craigavon but the wrong item had been reserved. The alternative was no use at all. The item I needed was not in stock even though the website said it was. Customer services offered me a refund & then offered me a more expensive product at no extra cost. Very good customer service - Thank you.

One item not in stock despite website stating stock was available. Took quite a while to arrange a refund for this. Wrong colour of goods picked for one item

I had a very positive experience , the staff went above and beyond to help me when I had an accident with a pot of fence paint. They made me feel very supported in a very stressful situation. I especially want to thank a young man called Ciaran, his supervisor Tina and the till operator Leigh for their kindness and helpfulness. Honestly they were a credit to the company.

The lady that served me was extremely helpful and asked for one of the guys to help me into my car with my heavy bulky purchases; the guy was very helpful. They were both very polite and happy to be so helpful.

Very helpful and supportive. They didn’t have one of my colours but rang ahead and arranged a checked on paint being mixed plus price matched it. Very pleased
