Alain Mansfield your Kitchen Designer did a brilliant job designing my kitchen. I felt lucky to have found him. He has such a good eye for colour and design and was always smiling and positive, despite the fact that I took up endless amounts of his time. I am so pleased with the results. He went out of his way to arrange for somebody to accept my kitchen delivery when unforeseen circumstances prevented me from being home. It was also really helpful to have him available to liaise with the fitters.

The staff.They are always helpful. Can't believe you are closing this very useful store and opening a supermarket...the 4th in the immediate vicinity. Please reconcider

I ordered goods via click and collect yesterday (7/9/24) to collect today. After being given an initial collection time of 10am at the Cromer store I was told I would receive notification of a more exact time near to that time. After hearing nothing by 11:15am I attended the store anyway to purchase some additional items. When I arrived at the checkout I was told the order was cancelled. I checked my email to see that I’d received a message at about 11:20am to say the order was cancelled. No explanation, no apology. AND that it would take up to 5 working days to refund my payment.
I was offered no explanation in store, nor any refund although the checkout assistant did apologise.
I then found that there is nowhere on the website where I could register a complaint … I had to use the chat bot instead. AWFUL, awful Customer Service.

Excellent service as always with a smile ,thank you Kevin in Cromer store. All the staff are brilliant very disappointed it's closing down , only diy in Cromer being replaced with a supermarket that will have to compete with the other 4 large supermarkets in this small coastal town !!

Found what I wanted on line , paid and went to store once notified it was read . Showed text message with order number to staff member and it was handed over , easy no problems .

I am always very pleased and impressed with the high level of customer service and assistance in the Cromer store. Today Matthew was incredibly helpful and enabled me to make the correct purchase for my requirements. I am genuinely very sorry that you intend to close the Cromer store because this is our only homewards and DIY store for many miles, we will have to travel to Norwich for the most minor of items. I would ask you to reconsider your decision for the sake of many Cromer residents and beyond who rely heavily on your store. We are so very fortunate that the staff are so very nice too.

At my local Homebase in Cromer today, I was served by Sam who deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. She was incredibly helpful in tracking down the extra paint I required. Thank you!

The store manager was extremely helpful, and other staff members were willing to help me load up a heavy and awkward purchase in my vehicle...
