Homebase - Dublin Santry Avis 

There are staff in this shop that bring the place down I feel ..
A course in customer care wouldn't be wasted in this store a certain woman in this store screaming at me cos I wanted to exchange a tin of paint from one colour to another I bought it months ago hadn't got the receipt but they know me form going in and out ..well this particular individual does... she even knows my sister ..made a holy show of me .
I've never been spoke to before in any shop .. It's not what she said but how she said it ..like I was doing crime or something I shouldn't
I really had a feeling of emm did I do something to upset her maybe I shouldn't ask these things I was left a bit puzzled and definitely got a sense of I don't like you ..llike there a nice way to say things ..hope the new owner s read theses as I said not all them are this way but deffo one or 2 and both are woman

My Bosch lawnmower worked well for a while until the motor started to gradually go slow and cut out. Being well within the warranty period I returned to the store. It was promptly recognized as eligible to swap. Keith the manager assisted with the process and along with their team kept me up to date. Keeping the customer central to the process is key. Whilst there was a small delay, the end result and commitment made it acceptable. Keith was pleasant and courteous throughout

Horrendous, really bad customer services and very little knowledge of products by staff

Paul in the garden centre was really helpful. He helped me to pick out perennials for my whole garden, took time to explain when they would flower and how to arrange them. He was very patient and I think my garden will look great. He even put them all in trollies for me and packed them into my car.

Excellent service from the moment we spoke with Paul and Ali right through to their efficient assistance with fitting the BBQ in our car. They were very helpful with selecting the correct BBQ for us, knowledgable in design and suggesting the necessary tools for a BBQ experience. Could not recommend the staff in Santry enough. Very pleasant trip. Will be back.

I have recently bought a kitchen at homebase. Tanya helped us until she went on holidays and then James took over. I couldn't recommend Homebase Santry enough for their amazing customer service. I had received a few quotes from different kitchen suppliers but I was impressed with the service, price and ease of process that it was a no brainer!

I got (nearly) everything I wanted. shop is pleasant to walk around. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable (especially Keith).

I went to Homebase santry to buy a lawnmower. Was unsure about which one to buy and asked advice of Paul who worked there. He was great and helped me pick the right one. Unfortunately it wasn’t in stock but he took my details and said he’d call me Thursday and put one aside for me. I was very happily surprised to get a call from Paul at 9am to say he had the lawnmower and I could collect anytime. Perhaps a poor reflection on other companies but I was genuinely surprised and delighted that Paul had followed through on his promise - so many others do not. Thanks Paul. Also, any other staff I dealt with were equally friendly! Great experience all round!

Well displayed and priced store in Santry. Super availability of stock no waiting weeks for delivery. Keith was very helpful and attentive in helping me chose the right garden furniture, excellent service .

Have ordered a kitchen just over a year ago for myself and was so happy with it that my mam has now ordered her new kitchen with James. The lads do a great job at designing and are great to deal with. Nothing was a problem. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

It was so refreshing to be served by Keith. I was asking a million questions before parting with my hard earned cash.
Nothing was a hassle to Keith. Amazing service. He was extremely knowledgeable about our bbq and furniture. I really appreciate the service and look forward to shopping in this particular branch very soon. It is lovely to see Amazing customer service as it has been lost in many service areas over the last few years. I would recommend Keith providing training in customer service as he has his skills to perfection. Thank you Keith.
