Homebase - East Dereham Avis 

A lot of the goods have no prices on them and parts of it are like a jumble sale with pallets and goods laying around

I was served quickly , no long queues . The assistant was able to help me choose which screws I needed and the drill I had ordered for click and collect was ready and waiting for me at the desk .

Drove a 1hr round trip to my nearest store to get a door lock that was usually £3,99 at most other places.

They only had one at a horrendously expensive cost of £11 ??

I took the metal lock out of the packet and before even getting it out the packaging, the metal knob broke off.

I calked the store number on the receipt that gives you a message and hangs up.

I called a complaint line which directs you to a woman in India with a poor line that sounds like she's running a play group. She asked for my order number I said it was a store purchase and then she wasn't interested anymore. There was kids screaming down the phone ...totally unbelievable for a company like Homebase.

Shoddy over priced cheap products, shocking customer service, and unprofessional "help" line. I'll never reccommend or shop there again !!

If I could leave a minus star review I would.

A phone call to say they hadn't got 2 tins of the colour I wanted in the range I picked and offered me the Same colour in a different range which I agreed with and order ready, also assisted with buying gloss

Went in to homebase today and was served by Paul. He saw that my 7 year old was trying to find a colour that matches his favourite teddy and suggested to scan it to get the perfect colour! I have one very happy little boy so thank you Paul for taking the time to do this!

Planning and ordering a kitchen. Lots of ideas given. Any problems solved. Great service by Sam.

I’ve just had my kitchen fitted and I’m so happy with it . Sam’s design was exactly what I asked for with some very helpful suggestions to get round some awkward spaces . I put off my delivery until my fitter could fit me in. My delivery was on time with absolutely no issues. Couldn’t be happier

Had products in store what I needed to buy.
Clean store with plenty of staff scattered about to help with any questions.

I changed my mind about the paint colour l choose and took a Swatch colour in,the staff were amazing with helping me to find the right colour which l got mixed.My order was ready and waiting for my arrival.

Easy to order and collect, would of appreciated my items to of been wrapped to safeguard against any damage whilst driving home. I did ask at checkout, but told they hadn't got anything

Aside from the fact the instructions duplicated a couple of stages and an additional stage was missing, this is one of the best purchases I've ever made!
