Position and access to collection point is good.
Not very well signposted.
Served by a rather abrupt and impatient member of staff otherwise would have rated higher.

Easy to order, good price and quality.
Easy to order, even better with the 10% code Homebase sent me. Kept accurately informed throughout when delivery would take place and it happened promptly (next day) as promises. I must add, I know there are some negative reviews about deliveries but I've used Homebase home delivery on 3 separate occasions this last year and they've all been absolutely spot on. Keep up the good service.

Ordered online but boxes were delivered…
Ordered online but boxes were delivered broken, so had to reorder and go to the store to collect them. As that way I could ensure I got them home safely.
Update: Thank you for refunding the delivery, I can't fault your staff in-store though. 5*s for the Inhouse Team.
