Have not done anything to the shop since homebase left. Staff ignorant. Spoke to several and got ignored. As for the supervisor I'm not even going there
Was very easy to order at a good price. I did not get email when delivered in store unfortunately hence not 5 star. I had to contact them.
Why ask to take id if you don’t ask for it!!!

Staff were really helpful and also went above and beyond and also helped with acquiring another product which was out of stock but was able to mix the paint up for me which was very helpful as that colour had been suspended. Great job and thankyou to the staff once again.
Order was ready and waiting and somebody took it to my car and loaded it for me as it was a big box and awkward shape. Thankyou
Customer service at Horsham is just awful and good example of why shops close staff not interested in helping

Ordering and confirmation was fine, collecting was challenging! Found the Click and Collect desk which was located behind the tills and no obvious signage to guide you there. The area was a tip with rubbish on the floor, lunch boxes on the counter and no reply to the “press for assistance “ call. Only one check out operator, who was very nice and busy and apologised for the delay. Eventually someone came along and served me very politely.

Just needed one item. Got good friendly service at the till. Service was also quick.
Claire was helpful when I was looking for lightbulbs.She approached me and took the time to explain to me which ones I needed to look for.
Went in to return an item, Paula on the till was very helpful and friendly. Definitely an asset to Homebase.
I visited the Horsham store to purchase a step ladder, having already identified the one I wanted online.
Unable to locate the item, I was helped in the most thoughtful and caring way by a lady called Ann. Nothing was too much trouble. She made great effort in trying to locate the desired item but unable to do so, established the most cost effective and expedient way of sourcing the item. She also helped in ensuring tread and platform heights of item were correct.
I am most grateful for her kind help - it is appreciated enormously. Thank you, Ann.
Very Disappointed that not all really useful storage box were on special offer - Only 4 types which was very annoying as all these box’s were merchandised together

5 days is not enough for online click+collect orders especially since the closing time at Horsham has been shortened from 8pm to 7pm - I tried to collect once to find the store already shut.
So I really appreciated the initiative of the local staff to fulfil my order and hold for me until I could stop by again. I was also impressed that unlike many other businesses these days you I could still telephone the local branch and speak to someone.
Goods ready and packed up for me to load straight in to my car speedynes of the whole service thanks.
1.5hr round trip to collect, ordered 5 packs of tiles. Wheel them out yo the car to find 1 pack open and missing a tile and another pack again open with half a tile missing with the crack/half running through the window of the box easy to see when picking for collection. Staff must be doing it in the dark or with they're eyes closed!
