Homebase - Maidenhead Avis 113

Mark in the kitchen department at Homebase kitchens helped me choose a most lovely kitchen. He came and measured up within a couple of days and created a design shortly thereafter. I went into the shop and he guided me through the range of kitchens, styles and colours and all the necessary accessories. I valued his expertise because the choice is somewhat bewildering. I trusted Mark because last year he designed a new bedroom and two bathrooms for me which were equally lovely. I recommend Mark highly.

I recently visited the Maidenhead Homebase for a click and collect order. While their service was polite and the staff, including Callum, Danny, Emma, and Glen, were notably helpful, there was a minor issue with some damaged items in my order. They managed to offer a satisfactory alternative at the original price, which was appreciated. The staff were efficient and courteous, even close to closing time. Overall, an average experience, but I'd consider visiting again.

You cancelled most of my online order and didn’t tell me what had happened to the remainder of the order

I received a message that the order is ready. Once I started I got a call that the items are not available and the money will be refunded. I wasn't even told of similar items are available. The Lady on the call was in such a hurry.

It was very easy to order and collect. The service was 1st class

I went into the Maidenhead store to spend a fair bit of money but needed some help. There was absolutely nobody on the shop floor - in fact there were several of us wanting help - so I left and spent my money in B & Q, where I DID get help.

I did a click and collect order online and had to go to the Maidenhead branch. What a difference between this store and the one in Bracknell. Maidenhead had my order ready and on a trolley! This has never happened in Bracknell. Well done Maidenhead. Five stars from me.

My collected garden items and solar lights today and when he got them home and I checked the solar panels were missing on both of the lanterns. I’m really not happy as these were for a bbq this evening
