Customer service appalling ,waiting for my order 10 days, the response to my many emails has been dreadful with noone answering the query about where my order is! Maybe a email to the CEO might help me.

Bernice was excellent. The store was busy and she had 3 customers needing help in various areas. She called for help but it was lunchtime and nobody was available. Bernice gave each of us her time. Her calmness and her friendly attitude certainly made me feel very comfortable. On other occasions, I went to Linda for advice. Once again, she was so personable and so knowledgeable. I could buy some items in hardware more local to me but myself and my husband choose to travel to Navan because we truly appreciate the good service we get from Bernice and Linda. The lady that was at the cash desk, Bernice was very pleasant and helpful she would brighten up your day. She took time with my 8 yr old daughter who said she was the kindest lady ever.

They have kind staff and very good products and are pretty cheap

Bernice is always amazing.

I received fantastic help from one of the ladies in the Navan branch of Homebase when I came in to pick out a plant for the hall. She advised me to go with the Jasmine plants they had on display and explained that they would be beautiful in the hall, so I popped back in again to pick them up and this same lady helped me pick out a tall green wire support to clip the jasmine onto as well as a beautiful large white plant pot so that they had enough room for their roots to grow. She attended to every detail and advised me too that the little butterfly hair clips you’d pick up in the likes of Penneys are great for holding the vine to the wire support. Her level of service was something else and I’d highly recommend that she be given a more senior role or a training role so that others would be able to learn from her. Amazing stuff and I really wish I could remember her name but hopefully all the details will help. Please also note the date I’ve picked is not accurate as I know it was a good few months ago I’m not sure of the deactivated date. Thanks again for all the help, much appreciated!

Great customer experience at the garden centre. Sinead was very helpful and very knowledgeable and gave us a great tips and advise on gardening. Homebase should be really proud of having workers like that - passionate about the work she does. Thank you for a great experience Sinead!
