Homebase - Newton Abbot Avis 

Staff were extremely helpful. In particular a staff member called Dave and then one called Ben. Both helped me when I asked for it and did so with a smile on such a busy day. Thank you gentlemen, you’re brilliant.

As always at HomeBase in Newton Abbot the staff are welcoming, courteous, cheerful and helpful.
Today was no exception. My order was ready for collection, and was ssked if I would like the paving slabs put in my car. I didn't, although I appreciated the offer.
It is always a pleasure to shop there.

Absolutely brilliant experience with my local Homebase. Click and Collect was easy peasy and I was assisted by a lovely member of staff….his name was Lee. Really helpful and friendly. He gave me lots of advice on the painting project I was doing and showed me all the things I would need to achieve great results.

Beth, when making a mixed paint, was absolutely fantastic with my granddaughter, engaging and knowledgeable.

The ordering process was easy and delivery on time. The tiles look lovely and there were no breakages whilst putting them up. Good value for money and the the return process was straightforward.

This is purely on the click and collect service, not the product as of yet as I've not fully used it. Placing the order was easy along with a discount code applied. I placed the order out of hours and received a email confirming purchase and a text to collect in the morning. Totally painless and quick, goods ready at store (Newton Abbot). Well done.

I used the click and collect process from the Homebase store in Newton Abbot. What a really useful service. I reserved some compost at about 8am and picked it up an hour later. Really quick and the girl on the till was very helpful. She called a man to help me carry the stuff to my car and help me load up. I think she was called Helen. Not sure on the gentleman’s name but both were helpful. Great service

Amazing customer service and a very helpful member of staff loaded our car up with our flooring today.

Was searching for a certain brand of paint and colour which wasn't available any longer and a member of staff called Will was able to provide us with a suitable replacement paint and the exact same colour through the stores' paint matching service. A very pleasant man!! Very happy with the outcome!
