Great. Been looking for a 2024 tree bauble and Homebase came up trumps so they say. Brilliant very happy

Nathan Chilcott was clear in his communication, he sent a quote and plan and design, like he said he would, and it was detailed and clear. Before making the purchase he was happy to answer our questions and clarify any queries. The delivery was timely and there were no hiccups. Well done Mr Chilcott.

Very poor service in Homebase Cowley Oxford branch. TwicecI ordered some stuff for click and collect, first time they called me its out of stock, ( it wasnt, I was in store and made online order with discount and physicallyvsaw items) , secondctime they prepared incorrect item. Manager was rude and arogant. This customer service is horrible!!!!. I put one star forcthis review but only because I have to put .its missing optiln dont put star.

Ordered 17 packs of flooring, staff member put in my car. Then had 3 packs to return today, same staff member took packs for my car, another member processed my credit in no time. Excellent service.

Nathan Chilcott was my advisor and designer of my beautiful kitchen. He was very attentive, organised all the measurements and items from start to end and always kept in touch as exceptional customer service.

Ordering was easy, order was ready when they said, within an hour. Not 5 stars because only one staff member serving click& collect & general purchases.

Helpful staff and good products

My purpose was to purchase both top soil and compost, but because I am unable to lift anything heavy and the person in Homebase that usually helps with this was unavailable, a young member of staff immediately said that if I could wait, she would help.
She not only lifted the items onto my trolly, pushed the heavy trolly back inside to pay and then without hesitation, put them into my car for me.

Easy to order on line for collection. Downside not boxed think it was display item should be informed if thus is the case. Staff not overly helpful.

Homebase was cooperative, but there is a fundamental fault with some examples of the Ward water butts they sell. Some versions have the hole for the tap drilled very inaccurately, so the rubber sealing ring cannot seal properly, and the water butt LEAKS. CHECK THE POSITION OF THE TAP CLOSELY BEFORE BUYING AND INSTALLING!

Although I didnt receive the text to say my order is ready I went to the store about 15 minutes after placing it and spent 5 minutes in the store and relieved the order
