Homebase - Ruislip Avis 

The booking was quick and easy to make. Harjas Sachdev was so cheerful and welcoming, she put me at ease straight away. She was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. She was so quick with the design software and made the whole experience a pleasure. I don’t think I would have confirmed my order without her. She gave me confidence in my decision making.

If I could i would give Homebase no stars. I went to the Ruislip branch, the shop was virtually empty, staff were uninterested in helpimg me find the items I wanted. I ended up buying some garden bulbs but was disgusted to receive a £60 parking fine as I had parked my car on the while line on the parking bay, considering the car park and homebase was virtually empty I found this disgusting as i was not effecting anyone. Homebase is resorting to a private company to give its own customers fines for using their shops, needless to say i will never shop there again. Great way to go out of business Homebase!

Matt went above and beyond to modify a 3 lever sashlock I bought so it can be used correctly. Hes very knowledgeable. Never had any issues at this branch. Staff are always helpful.

Had absolutely fantastic service From Homebase, South Ruislip. Bought a table and chairs garden set in the morning and was sitting at it in my garden in the evening!!

It was a smooth experience, Belinda was extremely helpful and informative. Her polite expression and product knowledge helped guide our buying decision.

Lady who served me was helpful, quick and polite. My order was ready within time limit they had given me.

Generally a good click and collect service but although the website showed 3 x 750ml of Dulux Prime/Undercoat were available in store the reality was the store had zero stock. I had to purchase the 2.5 litre size as I had already started the job. The extra primer/undercoat is going to waste.
