Homebase - Sittingbourne Avis 126

All three bags of compost that I ordered were split and held together by thick black tape. I should have returned the order to the store particularly as one bag was significantly lighter but I didn’t have time. I complained online, sent a photograph of the damage, and received a full refund.

The assistant at the collection point was extremely helpful. I needed top soil in addition to the planter that I ordered for collection. The assistan loaded the trolley and took it to my car and offloaded everything into the boot of my car.
Just for your info - on the last two orders that I have placed for collection I have received my order conformation email, but not an email saying that the order is ready for collection.

The worst customer service I have ever had. Rude and unprofessional disrespectful and uncaring staff I have ever come across.
Paid for item online as stated two in stock traveled for 45mins to collect to be told they are giving me an ex display item still covered in dust and visible marks and scratches with no discount or even an apology.
Once I got item home I realised there were parts missing and they have basically said oh well there’s nothing we can do.

Quick and efficient and friendly enough

amazing service, lovely with my baby (and made a possibly very stressful situation very much NOT stressful!) AND the lady that helped us caught that our cube inserts were the wrong size and swapped them out for us without a fuss. brill experience - 10/10!
