Excellent seamless transaction, such a pity the store is closing

Bit of a late review as forgot to give a review of our bathroom design with help from George Price from the Truro Homebase store back in may 2024.

We had our bathroom refurbished and George helped us with the design for changing our bathroom. Service from George was great and he had very good ideas which gave us a great finish and a clear idea of what to do with our bathroom. Would recommend George for his bathroom design ideas and hope all the best for him in the future. George is an asset to Homebase and if in future we can get onto our kitchen we’d definitely ask for George’s help.

Wayne at Truro Homebase was absolutely fantastic, great, informative service, really helpful and friendly, I wish all customer service was like this. Thank you so much for helping us choose and load our van with our garden furniture, we can’t wait to enjoy it next year.

I visited Truro store as I am working on my house bathroom kitchen bedrooms needed a pipe cutter asked member of staff he could not have been more helpfully. Whilst there saw your new range of furniture talked it over with partner bought side board on line. Will be buying wardrobes and chesterdraws and bedside cabinets all good price and quality

After making a purchase on line. Spent a day waiting for delivery11/11, went on to the helpline to find the carrier had cancelled the order! After quite a few messages and not finding a satisfactory result. Went to Truro Homebase spoke to Wayne the assistant manger, and Tracey C who listened and sorted out the issue and we came away with our flooring. What fabulous customer service from Wayne and Tracey C. Lesson learned shop in store.

Visited Homebase in Truro & purchased some furniture, I was served by Wayne who was super friendly helpful & knowledgeable. Amazing service & amazing price, would highly recommend visiting Homebase in Truro. I will be returning soon to purchase a very large Christmas Tree 🎄 🙂

Bought 3 pieces of furniture today,Wayne was very helpful and had great customer service. He carried the furniture out the way for us and reserved them back for us to go home to get our bigger car. Even better we got some great deals on ex display furniture!

Absolutely brilliant store! I purchased a lovely dining set that was in the sale and am very pleased with the price and quality. The member of staff, Wayne, was extremely knowledgable and helpful.
