I have tried to phone company for 6 days in a row several times no answer I was delivered 2 different style of chairs one set holes in wrong place they also had anti slip pads on feet that someone at put on these were obviously used chairs no one is answering phone or emails dpd were supposed to to pick up 6 days ago they didn’t pick up and Iv been trying for 6 days to tell them to get someone to pick them up

Part of my delivery was lost by the courier,I contacted Homeluxeinteriors and they resolved the matter within a week, great customer service and a great quality product. I would highly recommend this company.

package that mirror arrived in looked like it had been at a rugby match mirror was very slightly damaged
at the back but you are not able to see when on wall but for what we paid it should of been perfect

I really needed what I had ordered. More than a couple of days went by then I got an email to say I was being refunded, which I really appreciate, but I would have prefered an email with an explaination why the order was cancelled.

HomeLuxeInteriors were very quick and helpful when replying to my query. My chrome and glass display unit was wrapped in cardboard packaging that said coffee table, so I thought it was the wrong item. They explained they sometimes used stronger outer packaging for breakable items. It was indeed, very carefully packed.
We are delighted with the unit, and would use them again.
