The Hominter went over and beyond in helping me with my purchase.

I ordered late and they sped the process up so that I would receive my backsplash when my remodel started.

I needed an additional 33 sq. ft of tile in the middle of my project and they sent them right away

I just can't thank them enough. My kitchen is beautiful

I created an account and submitted my order and it stated processing for about two weeks. I reached out on email and through their website and no response and there is no phone number to contact the company. Finally I was able to get in touch with someone via online chat, they shipped my purchase without shipping information until a few days later. The tile is beautiful, however it is very thin. My contractor was able to work with it but due to the tile being very thin, he had to return the next day to apply the grout which caused someone to be home to let him in. Overall we are satisfied with the way it looked but I probably will not patronize this company in the future.

Excellent sales service, with product brought from vendor in China to delivery in Miami Beach within six days! Count and contents were accurate. Mosaic product is beautiful! The interspersed wine-colored pieces in photos were not found in the product received, a slight disappointment, but the gold pieces themselves with the stainless pieces are beautiful, and I can`t wait to see the results of installation. Definitely I am glad that I found this website and only wish I had discovered it years ago for use in my properties, as it certainly outshines the bland choices available from Home Depot in this area.

Tienen material muy bonito pero el servicio está muy mal , ordené una vez y tuve problemas con el material me decían que no avía lo que yo compré después pedí que me mandaran algo similar y me mandaron algo que no tenía nada que ver con lo que yo avía ordenado yo pagué vidrio y me mandaron metal y para variar más barato no recibí ningún rembolso no se que paso

The order arrived fast which was nice. We have a few broken tiles that we are still waiting to hear how they will replace them.

I had a problem they took care of it immediately.

Seems to have a good selection. Only half of my order was shipped and delivered. It took a couple of days for them to figure out the tracking number for the other half. They didnt ship that until the day I brought up the problem. I would buy from them again for exotic tile that you cant find locally but you will want to give them a couple of weeks to ship ALL of your product to you. The half that I have received was packaged very well and nothing came broken.

This is the second time I ordered tile. The first time several pieces were chipped and/or cracked. They would not replace the individual small glass tiles on the mosaic sheet. I would have to purchase several sheets again. The second time the tiles were in perfect condition, but they were the wrong tiles. Very similar to the ones I ordered, but a different style. I was told they are the right tiles but the colors may be different....not true. These were a different style that they sell. I sent another email explaining that it was the green tile and not the blue ones I ordered, but after sending pictures, I was not sent any other response. The tile is beautiful, but I will not be ordering again because of very poor customer service.

The company that sends the tile off needs to put address on all boxes of tile and not send odd samples in boxes.The fed-x remembered me when a day later i was sent 1 more box of tile. They were packaged really good, and the tile is beautiful along my counter top and above my stove.

Delivery was as stated and product and quality was as represented online.

I ordered a lot of backsplash mosaic tile and it came...shipped free...in one week! UPS delivered and everything was packaged and shipped perfectly!
