We had a great time! Comfortable unit and on the water! Had everything you needed for a week stay.

We had some issues with the AC in our rental which made for a miserable stay one of the nights we had booked. Hosteeva followed up right away, and on multiple occasions. We really appreciate their speedy response and effort to make things right. Lea, specifically, was very helpful.

Great place to stay:) Very spacious and clean. Will stay here again!

My stay was great! The rooms have everything you need. My room was clean and modern. The shower was amazing! The open kitchen is well stocked with all the tools to make your own meal. Beautiful, quiet backdrop! Will definitely return.

The place was great! Unfortunately, we had some issues that were out of the control of our host, but Hosteeva rectified. The sign of great hospitality is turning lemons into lemonade and they did just that. Thank you!

This unit was magnificent. The ocean views were stunning. The unit had everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beach supplies with chairs, umbrella , boogie board & baskets to carry towels and sunscreen. Would love to stay here again. Carolinian Corner Gem Views unit!

Worst experience booking a 5star hotel! Shame on the hotel!! It was going to be an anniversary stay on st simons island ga. Never been put through so many hoops concerning security . I guess they want the dna of my first born to prove I actually fathered the child,,Expedia, who we booked through, has a great security protocol. And that was not enough for this group / hotel,! Needless to say, no recommendations for this place…"…and we have not even started our stay,!

The room was amazing! We stayed at the Meridian Plaza, was a little skeptical after the reviews but we had no problems what so ever! The condo was beautiful, and clean. The view was amazing! Fully stocked with all kitchen necessities. The beds were so comfortable I wish I could take one home! If I could give 10 stars I would. This was our very first family vacation and we will for sure book with Hosteeva again!

The place was more beautiful than we expected. We were in total awe when we entered. The pictures did the place no justice. The balcony was the length of the place so it was plenty of space for our group of 10 to stretch out and be comfortable. To add to the balcony, there was also a bathroom on the balcony so you didn't have to go inside if you had to use it. The location was great. We were a block away from a lot of restaurants and entertainment. The trolley was a block away also. This was the absolute most beautiful place we could have chosen for our pre wedding activities.

Just used a vacation rental agent and had an awesome experience! Booking was super easy and quick, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The rental place was just like in the pictures – clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Prices were fair, and the rental terms were clear. Definitely using their services again and totally recommending them to everyone!

Had a great time here. Quiet and comfortable, perfectly located with many restaurants and events close by.

Everything about my experience is praise worthy

Great place! We used to stay on the beach and it was really hard to find something that fit our family needs on a budget. So we decided to shop around a little on Booking.com and found this lovely gem! Great price, Very spacious. Lovely patio with a field of grass where we would casually see geese roaming around with their babies. So cute! Also, down the little hill led us to such cute little turtles….so adorable. Room was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy and feel like we are home. Great view of a golf course. About 7 mins to walmart (gotta have a walmart!! Lol), 1 mile from the beach, close to shops and all the entertainment Myrtle Beach has to offer. Thanks for helping our visit be so comfy and help us create great family memories.

I don’t normally give bad reviews. I feel I have to in this situation. We stayed in MERCHANT LOFTS in NOLA. Unit 301. The dead bolt on the door would not stay locked. While we were inside or outside. No where in the instructions does it say you have to put in the code when you leave. On our last night someone came into our unit. I know I locked the deadbolt. It was 2:50am. Luckily, I am a light sleeper. I heard the deadbolt unlock but wasn’t sure that was what it was. So I got up to check and our door was open and the elevator door was closing. As far as I can tell nothing was stolen. We were not harmed, but needless to say we did not go back to sleep after.
This is a safety issue that needs to be addressed. I am reaching out to possibly get the floor video to see if the person took anything. This building has a coded entry and all of the doors have a coded entry. So the lock did not work or the code is the same in different floors. Not appropriate or safe.
The Merchant Lofts and Hosteeva need to fix this so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Location was great we were in walking distance to everything. The condo was very clean,spacious and quiet!

I really enjoyed my stay. Entrance to the building and rooms all required codes. We loved the lazy river and it was right on the beach. The rooms were clean and very nice. We had five adults and one teen and we were all very comfortable. Full kitchen, washer, dryer, everything we needed for our stay. I will stay here everytime I visit Myrtle Beach.

First, I’ll like to say that hosteeva customer service reps are friendly and accommodating. I appreciate how quickly they respond to incidents or feedback. Our condo was located at the California Building in New Orleans. The building amenities are nice and the condo was perfect for two couples. Our condo was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated.

However, on our first night, there was a pajama party on the 8th floor and our condo was located on the 6th floor. This party led to a shooting incident on one of the elevators. We had no idea that an “incident” occurred until we were heading out for the night (~1am) and ran into detectives in the lobby and a police presence outside the building. There was no indication of a crime scene or any caution tape. We were quickly rushed out of the building and one of my male friends was even told to get on the ground. Keep in mind we were waiting for our Uber for our first night out. When we got back there was still blood in the lobby, blood on the elevator’s floor, and vomit in a different elevator. We asked the security guard what happened and he was able to tell us it was a domestic dispute and they attended the party on the 8th floor. We expressed our concerns to the “overseeing building manager” he blew us off and nonchalantly said “ you can call the number on the back of this door but all calls will just be forwarded back to us anyway”. We asked when will the blood and vomit be addressed since it’s been several hours already. He said “by 9AM but I’m not sure …it could be longer”.

As the overnight manager with guests paying their hard earned money someone from the front office staff should’ve cleaned it right away. As guests we shouldn’t have to wait until the cleaning crew arrives at 9AM or later.

This review is not to deter anyone from staying at this location. As the condo it self was really nice. The hosteeva reps were understanding and are trying to work with the property manager for some sort of resolution. But we felt as if the building manager and staff was not taking our concerns seriously. I’m not sure if this is a common occurrence since it did not raise any alarms to them but it’s unacceptable and made us very uneasy.

Started off with a problem with the unit we had but it was quickly resolved the next morning was put in a different unit very clean exactly what we needed! Met a beautiful woman named Rose Marie, she came up the manager of the building.She came up assisted Us and got us what we needed!! Then I spoke to another Lovely Lady Lea that was compensated us for our inconvenience! What a beautiful experience! You don't find the kind of assistance in customer service as we received today! It's been great and very accommodating on every hand!
